              The view of this source is one that depicts a fascist type belief, one that talks of working for the good of the country and preforming whatever it takes for the greater good of the nation.
" It must be the first duty of each citizen of the State to work with his mind or with his body."
This quote shows how, with this view, the occupants of a country or "state" are expected to work with mind or body to help for the overall good, thus making the view one of fascism.  The ideology is disagreeable, flawed. While forcing everyone to help the country succeed the people do not prosper and fall into disparity.
